I am Marielle Gauthier and I love what I do.
I love what I do because I get to meet some pretty fantastic individuals who want more for themselves and others.
Like an athlete who wants to shave a tiny fraction off their time to win a competition, individuals want to make one small change in their thinking, attitudes or skills which will result in a huge win for them and others in their lives.
I have seen some amazing results for my clients from a young entrepreneur catalyze changes she expected to see in years rather than months; a new leader gain tremendous confidence in his new role; a vital community based organization navigate the uncharted waters of COVID so they could adapt their services, and engage the community to continue their mission; to a leader who was dealing with overwhelm, work overload and work/life balance to name a few.
