About Marielle

Marielle Gauthier, owner and principal of Redworks Communications, is a Results certified and accredited professional coach and an accredited business communications consultant.

As a Results Coach, Marielle uses brain-based coaching models to support clients to improve their thinking, gain clarity, and create positive and powerful changes to achieve their greatest potential in both their personal and professional lives.

Marielle also coaches teams to improve their group performance and achieve corporate goals with measurable results.

In her 18+ years of communication experience in the Saskatchewan market Marielle has extensive experience in strategic communications planning, public relations, media coaching, facilitation, training and project management.

Redworks Communications offers services in business communication, personal and workplace coaching (one-on-one, group, and team) and offers training in media relations, communication skills for managers, leadership and customer service.

Marielle holds a BA Degree with a double major with the University of Winnipeg; a Diploma in Public Relations from Grant MacEwan Community College; an Adult Education Certificate from St. Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia; Certification in Intensive Coach Training with Results Coaching Systems and is accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is also an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She has also taken further training in work coaching, team coaching and executive coaching through Results Coaching Systems. She is also certified in MBTI.
