The PowerUP Your Life Balance Program includes the following:

  • One private 15 minute pre and post-program call
  • 1 private 60 minute coaching session
  • 6 modules for achieving your balance goals
  • Access to an on-line private community

In this interactive and transformational group coaching program participants will:

  • Take stock of your life balance level
  • Discover the health consequences of not having life balance
  • Reconnect with your core values
  • Create a powerful vision of a balanced life
  • Clarify your priorities
  • Set boundaries (learning to say NO and being OK with it)
  • Create a self-care plan to achieve your life balance goals

Program Structure

Component 1 – Six Modules 

Through facilitator-led discussions, coaching and individual exercises, the participant will focus on the following topics:

Module 1 – Where am I now? Participants will assess where they are now in their personal and work lives.

Module 2 – Values – your inner compass. Participants will identify their personal values and their importance in making decisions.

Module 3 –  Vision – participants will create a powerful vision for their life.

Module 4 – Priorities – participants will identify their priorities.

Module 5 – Setting Boundaries – participants will identify their boundaries.

Module 6 – Self Care – participants will develop their self-care plan.

Component 2 – Personal and Laser Focused Coaching

  • Laser coaching during the modules
  • One private 15-minute pre-program call (phone or Zoom)
  • One private 15-minute post-program call (phone or Zoom)
  • One private 45-minute coaching session – midway through the program (phone or Zoom). Midway during the program, Marielle will answer any questions you may about the content and/or the achievement of your goals.

Component 3 – Private On-Line Client Community

  • Access to On-Line Private Community Group for networking, partnering and mutual support.

Program Delivery

The modules are 60-75 minutes in length and will be delivered on a bi-weekly basis. 

The program will be delivered live using Zoom. 

Course Materials

Participants receive PDF version of the Participant Workbook including content, assessments,  pre-work and field work, in-class exercises, assessment, tips and tools.

Please note: due to privacy considerations, the modules will not be recorded. 

This Life Balance Program is also available as a six-hour group retreat.
