That voice will always be there…unless we start taking control of it and learn that not all our thoughts are worth listening to. ?
Our minds can be our own worst enemy and one way to battle through all the noise is to practice mindfulness and live in the present moment.
It’s time to find clarity in our heads and start catching those negative thoughts and fears when they arise, and turn them into something good. ?

Take one minute today and be still. Just breathe in and out and focus on your breath. Then do it again tomorrow, and the day after that…and the day after that. And see what happens. ??
